Sometimes, ductless is more.

Let’s say you’d like to have air conditioning but your home or new room lacks the necessary ductwork. Or maybe you have a room that’s a little too hot or too cold and you’d like to make it more comfortable. Perhaps you own a business that has supplemental heating or cooling needs. Regardless of your residential or commercial challenge, our ductless systems offer the elegant solution you’re looking for.

If your space has a wall or a ceiling, we have a system that’s right for you.

Going ductless doesn’t involve going through a major renovation. Fact is, there’s very little mess at all. Nor does it mean sacrificing your room with a view to a bulky window unit. Instead, a ductless heat pump or air conditioner integrates neatly into your space. It’s mounted high up on the wall, where it’s least obtrusive—and most effective at quietly and gently directing treated air to every corner of the room. In commercial settings, there are options for wall- or ceiling-mounted systems—or even in-ceiling systems.

Two industry giants. One compact unit.

More than 110 years ago, Willis Carrier invented modern air conditioning. More recently, Toshiba Corporation invented the variable-speed inverter for ductless applications. Their breakthrough made these units more efficient and amazingly quiet—which is important, because a ductless system is located right in the room with you. By working together, we’ve created industry-leading ductless products for North America: the Toshiba-Carrier series. The way we see it, it’s the pinnacle of ductless system design for your home or office.

Furnace Repairs in Firestone, CO

When you speak of home improvement, you may say furnace. It is a widely used gas appliance which is similar to the characteristics of a fuel box used to ingest cold air in the room, filters it to produce a cleansing effect, raises its temperature according to the setting through a steel heat exchanger, and releases the processed air into the ductwork of your house through a blow motor installed in the device. This is a cycle which normally rotates into your entire house. In this article furnace repairs will be discussed accordingly.

In performing some furnace repairs, a person must first identify what is wrong with the furnace so let us take a look at some of the common problems regarding the furnace followed by the appropriate repair for the said problem. The first problem several people commonly see is when the furnace does not produce heat. Some possible causes are when the thermostat is set low enough to cancel out the production of heat or when the thermostat itself is malfunctioning. A common cause of this problem furthermore is the tripping or blowing down of the circuit breaker controlling the furnace. This may also be caused by not opening or leaving the valve of the gas furnace control closed. To address this problem, a person may check the setting of the thermostat and setting it up properly to their desired level of heat.

Cleaning the filter and replacing blown fuse may also be done to resolve this problem. Another common problem with gas furnaces is the inadequate production of heat which is commonly due to dirty air filters. This can easily be resolved by thorough cleaning of the air filters. If the dirt is too much and produce severing damage then the air filter may be replaced with a new one. Another problem in gas furnaces is when it turns on and off too frequently which is commonly due to again, a dirty air filter, sometimes due to blow motor issues. This can be resolved by modulating the thermostat anticipator or by cleaning the dirty air filter. Another way to resolve this is to assess the oil blower which may need some lubrication.

Surely there are several problems when it comes to gas furnaces which would require furnace repairs but these measures may be done by the owner himself if he is knowledgeable about the gas furnace and the specifications of it. When you design your home with this, make sure to check the quality before installing it for home improvement.
